About the role🤩
As a Product Manager you will define the product strategy and roadmap for the products, services and/or capabilities you own. You will work closely with Design and Tech and lead initiatives through both Discovery and Delivery. Your strong user focus, data driven attitude as well as a commercial mindset, let you strike a good balance between desirability, feasibility and viability. You will set targets and measure success.
You'll need to be a self-starter who makes things happen, have the eye for detail necessary to meet the standards of our discerning and diverse users and, most importantly, be passionate about developing products that enable more great music to be made.
We believe that you have:
3+ years of experience in the craft of Product Management
3+ years experience leading Product Discovery and the rituals of Delivery in a cross-functional setting
A mindset of a teamplayer and problem solver
Produced and recorded music as a hobby or professionally
An extra plus if you also have:
UX & Design skills including making wireframes, mockups and designs in Figma and/or Miro
Customer journey optimization experience
Drummer skills
Solid experience of Product and Change Management
